Role Description:
Real Estate Team Leader For Developer is needed to be hired in our Head office in Alexandria.
Job duties:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Playing a strategic role in the team.
-Immediate handling of customer requests.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
-Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
- Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
Located in Alexandria.Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales in REAL ESTATE.Real estate development background is preferred.Sales skills, including lead generation and sales strategy development.Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
