  • Handling Chairman Agenda and daily meetings.
  • Attend Meeting and take meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for making travel arrangements. (Tickets/Visa /Accommodation)
  • Follow up with concerned parties on requested action plan.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email SchedulerExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
