  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to make introductions to the sales team.
  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine the level of interest and to identify the needs of the clients.
  • Develop innovative approaches to generate high-quality leads.
  • Online research skills and the ability to navigate various search engines and social media platforms.
  • In partnership with the Sales Team, ensure the completeness and accuracy of the contact database through the Lead Generation manager.
  • Effectively and consistently communicating leads through different communication channels.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to track daily searches and new business leads.
  • Participating in creating sales campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development preferably in Videos /or healthcare markets .Experience with targeted online research.High knowledge of CRM and database management tools.Demonstrated competency using information technology and databases.Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency in the English language.Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.Ability to multitask with good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Fast learner and able to meet assigned team metrics/goals.
