  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, customer service aptitude, and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
  • Assist in the selection process by evaluating candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).



Previous Experience (Offshore Mass Hiring) is a Must.Fluency in English is a Must.Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.
