We are hiring a #Purchase_Executive for one of the most important and largest companies operating in the field of agricultural processing and landmark in the field of frozen vegetables, natural juices, pickles and jam in Egypt, which was founded in 1982.

•Location: Downtown (West El Balad).

•Working Hours: 8 h/per day 9-5 - 2 days off.

Job tasks
• Participate in developing an annual procurement plan, which includes procurement estimates, timing and cost
• Preparing and updating the supplier register
• Search for new era (packing stations, mattresses, farms)
• Coordination with quality management to establish and update the quality standards required for each product supplied.
• Implement procurement procedures, including supplier pooling, as per technical and financial requirements
• Receiving purchase orders and studying them
• Assisting in preparing specifications for beneficiary entities
• Contact suppliers to obtain price offers. • Conduct periodic evaluations of suppliers through field visits to farms and farms and quality inspection through

• Checking and reviewing price offers and ensuring that they comply with specifications
• Follow up on supplier and purchasing processes to deliver materials to students
• Assist the purchasing manager in establishing and updating criteria and criteria for selecting suppliers and service providers.

Responsible for contracts in drafting long-term contracts for suppliers
• Oversee the development and implementation of resourcing strategies, including goals, timelines and resource plans
• Follow up on the implementation of work in accordance with the set plan and objective and the applicable regulations and instructions
