- Assist in conducting the needed PATROM trainings for drivers and transporters.
- Assist in conducting the needed driving’s simulator trainings for drivers and transporters.
- Assist in all operational trainings to drivers especially safe loading in depots and unloading in service stations & customers locations.
- Participate in internal / external audits and ensure that remedial action plan finding are closed in timely manner.
- Contribute to and monitor the execution of the drivers’ training plan handled by transporters, covering Drugs and Alcohol tests, Medical check-up & firefighting trainings.
- Assist in drivers’ evaluation based on HSSE & driving behaviors compliance.
- Perform Spot checks for the drivers driving behaviors & attitudes, while in service stations, depots and on road.
- Monitor the required updates on the Drivers’ Passports.
- Conduct Toolbox meetings with drivers, maintain the records updated.
- Assist in the communication of REXs & safety practices to drivers.
- Participate in ensuring and follow-up with implementation of various action plans.
- Follow up on Drivers’ Point System for the drivers.
- Monitor the implementation of HSEQ rules and procedures in all transportation activities.
- Assist in emergency drills and follow the implementation of corrective action.
- Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
- Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly.
