Job Summary:
we hiring Training and OD Head with a preferable experience in the Food & Beverage specially in Pastry industry to provide support to Human Resources team with the following responsibilities:
Major Account-abilities:
- Resposible for OD activities , JDs, Succession plan, Career path , Polices & procedures
- Responsible for technical training for new different items
- Launching promotions calendar & new product training aligned with line managers.
- Ensure that all staff are well trained and aware of all products & suggestive selling
- Create motivational competitions for staff & Responsible for the whole cycle (design/implementation/coordination etc.)
- Conduct training visits on sites & ensure that training process are followed properly through visit.
- Identify training needs analysis based on Visits & operations manager feedback, mastery shopper reports.
- Implement the Training Plan of the year coordinating with all parties
7-10 years of experience in delivering extensive training programs.Training certificate is a valuable asset.Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant fieldExperience in FMCG Industry is a MustProven experience as supervisor or relevant roleFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the fieldAbility to learn a variety of job descriptionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsGood knowledge of MS Office
