Sr.Sales Account Manager (cyber security)

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the cyber security sector.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points to effectively position company products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Understand client business objectives and proactively suggest solutions to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the cyber security industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services, their features, and their competitive advantages.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.

Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Sales Collateral and Documentation:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

 

 

 

 


 


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the cyber security industry.Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
