  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.
  • Resolve conflicts and address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with regulations and codes.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
