Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 15 active locations in New York and around the state, strives to reinvigorate Physical Therapy by adapting the latest technology in the treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care and assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster. We are looking for a Telesales Representative to work with the Sales team. Job Description: As a Junior Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and converting them into customers. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce company services to potential clients and explain their benefits. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects. Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must for this position. Ability to work from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm office based in Maadi.
