- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Mechanical Maintenance Department.
- Evaluates equipment to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Participation in development of Maintenance Program.
- Performing all routine mechanical maintenance works, minor and major repairs.
- Ensures mechanical maintenance and repair work is completed correctly in a timely manner.
- Inspecting equipment/ machines periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Installation of production lines, equipment/ machines and devices.
- Follow-up the manufacturing of spare parts in the Mechanical Workshop.
- Supervision of preventive maintenance works.
- Preparing weekly mechanical maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Participation in the analysis of breakdown causes to prevent it from happening again.
- Organizes and supervise the schedules and work of mechanical maintenance staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy and rules.
- Supervising and training of mechanical maintenance engineering and technical staff (Supervisors & Technicians) to meet job requirement & development.
- Aware of safety norms to be observed during maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Excellent communication skills.Having a strong leadership skills and people management skills.Strong leadership and possess planning and supervisory skills.Problem solving skills.Good command of English (spoken & written).Good computer skills.Specialized Training Courses in work field (Hydraulic - Pneumatic - Mechanical Balance - Air Compressors).
