Payroll & Personnel Specialist

Egypt - Giza
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Calculate and process payroll deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related transactions.
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence, investigation cases and take the required disciplinary action upon company policy.
  • Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
  • Manage medical and life insurance programs.
  • Stay informed about changes in social insurance policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, while updating internal practices accordingly.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner



     




 


Bachelor’s degree.1-3 years of experience in payroll and personnel.Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor lawMales are preferable.Very good in excel.Very good English level. Ability to handle confidential information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
