Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Ensure the customer receives promises through close follow up on customers’ requirements and requests with other stakeholders until the service is properly delivered.

Play an active role in handling customer complaints in a calm and professional manner 

Monitor stock levels and manage the product replenishment in coordination with supply chain.

Manage the customer delivery process to ensure the customer orders are delivered on time. 

Handle the invoicing process to adhere to B.TECH selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording. 

 Cooperate with team members to achieve overall branch goals and enhance the customer experience to build long term customer relations. 

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

 Supervise others working within established operational systems.
