Supervise the safety, production processes ,maintenance and Raw materials and products loading and unloading processes.

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards, performing the required safety audits according to company safety policy.Perform a regular safety training for the employees including company safety protocols.Ensure that Company safety protocols are communicated and applied on site.To Set weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Oversee ,coach employees and contracting workers.Check production output according to specifications.Submit reports on performance and progress.Identify issues in production line efficiency and suggest improvements.Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.Monitors inventory and production schedules, checks logs, and receives incoming materials.Stock control and perform the required plans for Raw materials, spare parts.coordinate equipment repairs around production schedules.Directs daily operations of the production team, schedule and process for maximum efficiency.Participate in development projects and support the needed drawings.
