Responsibilities:


- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, and overtime.
- Compile and process payroll data such as hours worked, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 


Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
