1. Collaborate with private investigative groups, local law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, and attorneys to coordinate investigative efforts.
2. Work closely with internal departments to verify the authenticity of infringing products.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain an archival system for data analysis and tracking.
4. Keep trademark enforcement training materials up to date and distribute them among relevant parties.
5. Provide additional support to the Intellectual Property Manager and colleagues as required.
6. Identify and assess emerging trademark risks and vulnerabilities and communicate and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.
7. Analyze all case data and compile comprehensive reports for the Intellectual Property Enforcement Manager.
8. Conduct online brand protection monitoring and actively assist attorneys in removing counterfeit or infringing content from the internet.

Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Proficiency in speaking at least two languages (English & Arabic).
3. A solid background in the field of Intellectual Property enforcement.
4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
