  • System admin for domain (Windows Server 2016)

  • Mange VPN between branches

  • Firewall admin and UTM

  • Mange SQL Server and transfer backup to our backup Server

  • Mange voice Server

  • Mange voice calls Server (Solve calls problems and create Users

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues

  • related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

  • Identifying and resolving issues by troubleshooting local and cloud infrastructure

  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

  • Virtualization technologies .

  • Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications

  • OS troubleshooting

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • Experience as a Networking Engineer.Familiarity with network analysis tools such as SolarWind.
