Furniture Factory Manager
- We are hiring a Factory Manager for a leading furniture manufacturing entity in Egypt , Location in Cairo
- Lead, manage and improve the production-related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing, and factory administration)
- Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
- Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is Preferable.
- Experience Needed: not less than 20 years of experience
- Experience in Managing a Wood Furniture factory is a Must.
- Experience in Managing a Kitchen Manufacturing factory is a Plus
- Advanced leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Results and objectives oriented.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure, and capable of dealing with labor and workers
