Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Recording sales transactions.
  • Attract new customers to deal with the company.
  • Preparing any papers or documents that the client may need to make agreements and conclude contracts.
  • Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Bachelor's degree in a reputable university.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in retail. 
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Age 35 years maximum
