About the Job:

  • Manage projects from initiation.
  • Installation of new machines and equipment.
  • Establish, lead and motivate the Operations Team to carry out all tasks and deliverable according to agreed timelines and cost estimates.
  • Chair and facilitate project status/design meetings, including brainstorming, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Team management including prioritization, delegation, and review of tasks deliverable
  • Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines.
  • Establish project pace to best meet project deliverable.
  • Coordinate all project tasks and interdependence.
  • Define, track, and report results of project milestones and success metrics through weekly, monthly reporting job requirements.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Background - electrical / mechanical
  • 5-10 years of experience as a project manager
  • Excellent command of English
  • Project management skills
  • Decision Making Skills
