Job Profile:

The Territory Sales position will sell all range of Foscher group's, Footwear gears and accessories in the Egypt region. Individuals will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with footwear wholesalers within the assigned territory. Reporting to a Regional Director, and will be responsible for contributing to company goals for profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Working with company support resources will coordinate the delivery of equipment and allied equipment.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or sales preferred.

  • Prior experience representing and selling Footwear gears is a must.

  • Min of 3 years Experience in footwear wholesale and familiarization with retailers is preferred.

  • Experience coordinating and participating in regional trade shows, events & fairs, workshops, and product launches will be an advantage.

  • Monitor competitor market analysis and update the head office &  design team to enhance the brand experience for customers within the territory.

  • Research & identify local markets to enable the development of sales proposals and presentations to address customer requirements, including wholesale and retail opportunities.

  • Ability to develop, maintain, and manage strong customer relationships with all customers.

  • Able to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.

  • Excellent communication ability with external customers and internal resources.

  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to the area, to cover the assigned territory.

  • Requires periodic visits to all customers frequently generally within the territory.

 

Responsibilities:

The Territory Sales Representative is both a technical expert and the Company’s primary contact with the customer. Responsible for continually communicating with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience; assisting customers in identifying product solutions to address customer needs, and for providing customers with product information and accurate and complete details for all brands.

The Territory Sales Representative will possess or develop an understanding of their Footwear customer business conditions and operating environments, and should also be able to read and interpret marketing information and technical specifications and understand and comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all time, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.

  • Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.
