About the Job

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using s.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
  • Adjust sales s to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 22-30 years old.
  • Females only.
  • Presentable.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
