• The Digital Marketing / social media specialist is responsible for all social media accounts for our clients. This team member focuses on crafting streamlined and effective social media campaigns. They will plan posts s, text and schedules. Distributing social media posts is the majority of their responsibility. This means that this person will be on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter for the client representing them by social media campaigns posting and outreach campaigning.

Duties

• Create digital marketing and social media plans
•  Plan and execute social media campaigns with associated/custom graphics
• Manage social media accounts according to the digital marketing plan
• Create cover photos monthly/seasonally.
• Manage social outreach campaigns (liking, re-posting, building community) on weekly basis.
• Distribute all social posts on a weekly basis.
• Content creation for blogs... etc
• Work on the company online image, through social media and website

Required Skills

• Content Creation in English and Arabic
• Graphic design skills.
• Video scripting/production/editing skills
• Experience with SEO techniques
• In-depth experience with paid search campaigns.
• Experience in email marketing using one or more major marketing automation services ie Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp, and other direct marketing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to generate engaging content.
• Website management using WordPress.
• Understanding of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics) and reporting
• Desirable Skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience in a marketing or communications role, either in an agency setting or at a company in a relevant industry.
