Marketing Director

Job Description:

· Plan, organize and direct marketing strategy activities different areas including Real estate, Telecommunications, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical investments to meet its targets & enhance its market positioning.

· Implementing marketing, content and product strategies across all digital channels that drive consumer engagement and revenue growth.

· Requesting, supervising and carrying on market research projects.

· Conduct formal and informal studies of real estate, telecommunications & healthcare local markets to assess needs and evaluate potential markets.

· Develop, recommend and present a long and short-term marketing strategy for Al group

· suggest new services, new facilities, and improvement in procedures or levels of care that would open up new markets.

· Evaluate and define the selling points of Al group and develops suitable advertising theme, slogans and logos. Conducts research to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing techniques and media. 

· Support online sales initiatives with our retail and wholesale partners to enhance growth.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent education in marketing.

· MBA in Marketing or business.

·  + 7 years’ experience in marketing in Real estate or/ healthcare investment sector.

· A financial background is a plus.

· Expert in the internet and social media strategy

· Excellent English/ computer skills
