 Job Description:
• Performs varieties of secretarial duties such as drafting and typing.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information.
• Records details of inquires, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Refer unresolved customer complaints to designed departments.
• Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipments.
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level.
• Photo copying and printing various documents.
• Sort and process both incoming and outgoing mails.
• Booking meeting rooms.
• Prepare reports by collecting information.
• Training and supervising junior admin staff.
• Monitors the performance of the staff, provide feedback on their performance.
Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
• From 2 to 3 years of experience.
