In this day and age, why is it that we still need to be in the office, or carry our laptops everywhere as an IT Infrastructure engineer? Why are tech incumbents building tools to compete with each other, rather than building to add value to engineers professionally and personally? MobileNOC was built by engineers solely with engineers in mind. Our engineers, like you, have been through the infrastructure gauntlet; 24 hours without sleep, 24 hours without leaving the office, outage calls, etc. We believe we have built a solution to address those pains. 

MobileNOC is a mobile based infrastructure operating system that allows centralized administration and troubleshooting of any component of an enterprise IT infrastructure stack. While MobileNOC was originally built for network engineers, we have observed the similar challenges that our peer engineers face with Cloud, Storage, Firewall, Load Balancing, DDOS, Wireless, and System administration. We empathize with our peers and have in turn expended MobileNOC to incorporate all administration and troubleshooting functions related to any component of IT infrastructure!

Administration of infrastructure includes but is not limited to Routing/Switching, Security, Firewall, Load Balancer/Content Switching, Systems, Cloud (Public & Private), Smart Glasses, DDOS, Out Of Band Management, Wireless, Storage, Automation, Mobile Device Management, Power & Cooling, Autonomous vehicles, Drones, Cabling, IP Telephony, Inventory, AI/Analytics, and voice based assistants.

The application is vendor agnostic meaning a given client can have a Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewall in their infrastructure and the MobileNOC appliance will individually detect each manufacturer and have command/configuration syntax for each device store in database and ready for execution. The not only applies to firewalls but any infrastructure appliance whether it’s a router, switch, firewall, LB, proxy, IDS, IPS, DDOS, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Unified Communications Server or appliance, storage appliance, Domain Directory Service (LDAP for example) , Hypervisor, or even operating system. 

The MobileNOC appliance also serves as a central database for all infrastructure components whether its error, change, upgrade, inventory (hardware or virtual), assets, logs, logins, access control rules and tracking,  device access, devices, modules, ports, storage, capacity, users (logged in, Wifi, VPN, AD authenticated) , circuits/leased lines/internet, computers, servers , anything in the infrastructure.
