Duties:
• Assist in the distribution of work for engineers to follow up the work done and to ensure the quality of work.
• Review weekly and monthly reports by engineers sites and contribute with the project manager to find appropriate solutions to the problems and obstacles in the project
• Arranging the planning and scheduling of work.
• Monitor the work progress(cutting ,filling,Drilling,Blasting,Box culverts, Retaining walls, side slope protection...etc) compare it to the accepted program of work and make areport to the project manager.
• Carrying out pre inspections and also final inspections.
• Liaison with engineers, designers, local authorities, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring each project is in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Directing tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of staff.
• Review, check and evaluate the Contractors time schedule of works;
• Analyze, assess and participate in discussions about any suggested recovery program by the Contractor to mitigate any delays.
• Participate in the assessment and analysis of time claimed by the contractor.
• Evaluating & analysing offers, preparing competitive pricing & finalizing contracts. Drafting Contractual Letters to client as well as sub contractors, Documentation regarding Extension of Time, Claim Management.

• Contribute in the development of the approved mechanism used in the compensation of fully collapsed buildings.
• Direct contract with the owner of the aggrieved house about compensation
• Coordination with the local authority in each Directorate regarding compensation
