Overview of the role : 

Job Holder will manage an independent project as a Supervisor to ensure appropriate coordination established between operating shifts and client. Day to day operation updates to be shared with the manager & client and ensure achieving / exceeding customer satisfaction in service delivery as per SLA/KPIs. 

What you will you do : 

• Act as main point of coordination with client to update the progress work of day or night shifts
• Attend and resolve all reactive jobs raised by client. 
• Ensure to update and communicate the challenges encounter during the maintenance activities. 
• Document, record and log day to day activities. 
• Tally and Close all planned PPM work orders on monthly basis
• Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance, achieve agreed service level agreements (SLA), KPI’s.
• Ensure all CRM work orders are tracked, updated and closed on daily basis
• Carryout daily site inspections as per site protocols/requirements and adherence to the set standards.
• Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives.
• Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
• Achieve employee engagement by identifying the needs of employees and organization and implement the action plans

Skills

Required skills to be successful : 

• Ability to lead team of technicians, strong management skills
• Ability to understand, execute corrective, reactive maintenance tasks based on priorities and achieve SLA, KPI’s
• Ability to review service reports, investigate complaints, conduct teardown inspections, analysis of complaints statistics and recommend corrective action to avoid recurrence

What equips you for the role : 

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant experience in facilities management industry in GCC
• Excellent knowledge in Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
