Assist in handling land and planning matters of Housing Society’s developments. Liaise with consultants to prepare the Deed of Covenant and calculate the undivided shares. Provide technical support in market research duties which includes collection, analyze and maintain a comprehensive data bank of market information. Provide technical support for Power Point presentation, presentation and preparation of statistics and plans for management. Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor. The Person Degree holder in Town Planning, Urban Design, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, or related design/presentation software, Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing. Knowledge in Geographic Information System is preferable.
