Tadbeer Alebdaa is currently seeking fulltime Recruitment Coordinators to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Liaising with manpower agencies for end-to-end domestic worker recruitment.

·        Sourcing quality CVs or candidates from reputable manpower agencies.

·        Maintaining connections with potential agencies for manpower supply.

·        Proper filing and documentation for each applicant. Coordinating with sales team members for any candidate-related queries.

·        Tracking each applicant's progress (date of arrival, date of employment, etc.).

·        Comprehensive understanding of cross-country domestic worker placements.

·        Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing domestic worker recruitment.

·        Creating proper resumes and videos for each applicant.

·        Handling all candidate-related issues based on the recruited country.

·        Visiting embassies whenever required.

Package: Salary - AED 2500 per month + Accommodation + Transportation + Attractive commission

Requirements:

·        Strong connections with recruitment agencies in Sri Lanka/Indonesia.

·        2+ years of experience in recruitment business in any GCC countries.

·        Proven track record as a domestic worker recruiter.

·        Preference given to candidates with experience in handling Tadbeer recruitment.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

·        Proactive and presentable demeanor.

·        Age below 35.

·        Good computer literacy.

·        Immediate availability.
