A leading company in the , , is looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee manufacturing activities, improve productivity, and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Manage daily production activities and ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently.

• Plan and organize production schedules in line with operational requirements.

• Monitor production output, productivity, quality standards, and operational performance.

• Reduce production waste, manufacturing costs, and equipment downtime.

• Optimize the use of raw materials, machinery, consumables, and manpower.

• Establish production KPIs and implement performance-tracking systems.

• Develop and improve production procedures without compromising safety or quality.

• Coordinate with factory management and other departments to resolve operational issues.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with production and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a .

• Experience in the cement, chemical, or related industrial sectors is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and process optimization.

• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Very good command of English.
