Key Responsibilities | ·        Full supervision of the financial management and accounting department, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting operations in accordance with approved policies and applicable accounting standards.·        Preparing and reviewing periodic financial statements and reports, including income statements, financial position, and cash flow, and submitting them to senior management on schedule.·        Preparing estimated budgets and annual financial plans, monitoring actual performance against the budget, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions.·        Managing cash flow and liquidity, developing plans to meet cash requirements, and fulfilling financial obligations on time.·        Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable, following up on collection of receivables and payment of supplier obligations according to contractual terms.·        Financial control over all branches and sales outlets, reviewing daily sales, cash reconciliations, safe movements, and POS systems.·        Monitoring and reviewing bank accounts and bank reconciliations, overseeing deposits, transfers, and payments.·        Overseeing inventory accounting, reviewing stock balances and transfer movements between branches and warehouses, and analyzing inventory variances, scrap, deficit, and surplus.·        Analyzing the profitability of branches, products, and sales channels, and tracking financial and operational performance indicators to support decisions related to expansion and profitability improvement.·        Overseeing the calculation of cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, discounts, and promotional offers, and measuring their impact on financial results.·        Ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations, following up on the preparation of required returns and reports in coordination with specialists and relevant entities.·        Developing internal control systems and financial procedures to minimize errors and financial risks, and ensuring the protection of company assets.·        Coordinating with sales, procurement, warehouse, and human resources departments to ensure financial data integration and operational decision accuracy.·        Leading and developing the financial management and accounting team, distributing responsibilities, monitoring performance, and increasing work efficiency.·        Preparing financial analyses, executive reports, and recommendations that assist senior management in improving profitability and rationalizing costs.Job Requirements | ·   At least 8 years of practical experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in Retail / Fashion / Trading companies.·   Proven experience in managing accounts, budgets, cash flow, and preparing and analyzing financial reports.·   Experience in financial control over branches, warehouses, retail sales, and POS systems.·   Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, profit margin analysis, and branch profitability.·   Good knowledge of tax legislation and applicable accounting standards in Egypt.·   Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software, with an advanced level in Microsoft Excel.·   Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and make financial decisions.·   High accuracy in work, ability to manage priorities, and adhere to financial reporting deadlines.·   University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, preferably with specialized professional certifications.Core Competencies | ·   Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)·   Budgeting & Cash Flow Management·   Financial Reporting & Accounting·   Retail Financial Control·   Inventory & Cost Accounting·   Profitability & Margin Analysis·   Tax Compliance & Internal Controls·   Team Leadership & Strategic Decision-Making
