Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Procurement & Purchasing Leadership: Manage all aspects of procurement and purchasing, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management, ensuring optimal terms and reliable supply, especially within the Agriculture sector.
  • Inventory Optimization: Implement advanced inventory management techniques to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability and meeting demand forecasts.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, production, and other departments to ensure integrated planning and execution.

    • Expertise in Purchasing and Procurement processes
