المؤهلات
- مهارات قوية في مراقبة الجودة وجودة المنتجات لمراقبة مخرجات الإنتاج وفحصها والتحقق من صحتها.
- خبرة في إدارة الجودة وضمان الجودة لتطوير أنظمة وإجراءات الجودة وتطبيقها والحفاظ عليها.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة لتفسير البيانات، وتحديد الاتجاهات، ودعم تحليل السبب الجذر وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة بمعايير التصنيع أو صناعة السيارات وأدوات الجودة (مثل FMEA وSPC و8D وPDCA) تعد ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة، أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة العملية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والتواصل بوضوح كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تنظيمية قوية، والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.

Role Description The Process Quality Engineer role at Diniz Adient Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Ismailia. The role involves monitoring and improving production processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Daily tasks include conducting inspections and audits, analyzing process data, identifying nonconformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The Process Quality Engineer collaborates with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize processes, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes preparing quality documentation, maintaining records, supporting root cause analysis, and participating in internal and external quality reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Control and Product Quality skills to monitor, inspect, and validate production output.
- Experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or automotive industry standards and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management systems and proficiency in using MS Office and data analysis tools.
