- خبرة في تخطيط الإنتاج، بما في ذلك الجدولة الزمنية، وتخصيص الموارد، وتنسيق سير العمل.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Engineer role is based at Diniz Adient Egypt in Ismailia. The Production Engineer will oversee daily manufacturing operations, monitor production lines, and ensure that output meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, analyzing performance data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, supporting root-cause analysis for production issues, and preparing reports and documentation to support operational decisions. The Production Engineer is expected to promote a culture of safety, maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and contribute to cost optimization and waste reduction efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, including manufacturing processes and industrial systems.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven problem-solving, process optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to ensure consistent product quality.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with production teams, management, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Ismailia, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
