IBEX is hiring for a Medical Customer Service Account and we're looking for qualified candidates to join the upcoming batch.

Requirements

• English Level: B2+ / C1
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required
• Graduates & Dropouts are welcome
• Pharmacy/Medicine graduates Required to have completed their internship/training period
and not be currently covered by government social insurance
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• 16K Net Basic + 4K KPIs
• 10 EGP/hour Overnight Allowance
• Door-to-door transportation for both males & females
• Transportation available across Cairo & Giza
