Role Description The Indoor Sales Specialist (Fragrances store District 5) is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The specialist will greet and assist customers, provide product information on fragrances, and guide clients in selecting items that match their preferences and needs. Daily activities include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering excellent service to encourage repeat business. The specialist may participate in basic product training, support promotional activities, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and create a positive in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, meet targets, and support store performance.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn product knowledge quickly and support basic knowledge sharing within the team.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Cairo and collaborating within a diverse team environment.
