Role Description

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, handling garnishments, and maintaining accurate records of payroll-related information. Additional duties include overseeing payroll services and responding to employee inquiries about compensation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Tagamoa El Khames.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and utilizing payroll systems
• Experience in managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations
• Knowledge of Payroll Services, including resolving payroll-related discrepancies and maintaining confidentiality of employee information
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to payroll is an advantage
