• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using advanced planning tools to ensure scalability and alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to synchronize timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain reliability and adherence to deadlines.
• Introduce innovative planning methodologies and digital tools to optimize resource allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance planning standards and foster continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI

  
  
• 2-4 years of experience in project planning & Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for creating and managing detailed project schedules.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into actionable planning deliverables.
• Experience with risk analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation for schedule assurance.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
