الهدف العام من الوظيفة 1) حماية العاملين والممتلكات والبيئة من مخاطر العمل من خلال تطبيق نظام فعال للسلامة والصحة المهنية والوقاية من الحريق والاستعداد للطوارئ. 2) خفض الحوادث والإصابات والخسائر، وضمان التزام العاملين والمقاولين بإجراءات المصنع والمتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها. 3) مناطق الإنتاج والأفران والخلطة والمخازن والورش والمرافق والمكاتب والمشروعات والبوابات ومسارات الحركة داخل المصنع. 4) المتابعة والرقابة والتوصية والإيقاف عند الخطر الجسيم، دون تنفيذ تغييرات فنية أو التزامات مالية خارج حدود التفويض. 5) إعداد وتنفيذ خطط السلامة والتفتيش والتدريب والطوارئ ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء والإجراءات المفتوحة. 6) تقييم مخاطر الأعمال والمعدات والمواد الكيميائية وتحديد الضوابط ومعدات الوقاية المناسبة. 7) مراجعة تصاريح العمل ومراقبة المقاولين والتحقق من العزل والتأمين قبل بدء الأعمال الخطرة. 8) التحقيق في الحوادث وشبه الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية. 9) فحص أنظمة الحريق والطوارئ والإخلاء وإعداد التقارير ورفع المخاطر الحرجة للإدارة.المؤهلات والخبرة 1) المؤهل: مؤهل عالٍ أو فني مناسب، ويفضل هندسة أو علوم أو تخصص السلامة والصحة المهنية. 2) الخبرة: من ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات في السلامة الصناعية، ويفضل في مصانع الزجاج أو الصناعات الثقيلة. 3) معرفة بتقييم المخاطر وتصاريح العمل وLOTO ومكافحة الحريق والتحقيق في الحوادث وخطط الطوارئ. 4) إجادة إعداد التقارير واستخدام برامج Office، ومعرفة مناسبة بالتشريعات والمتطلبات المحلية. 5) يفضل الحصول على دورات OSHA أو NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها والإسعافات الأولية ومكافحة الحريق. 6) إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية من أهم المؤهلات الأساسية والمطلوبة .الراتب:_يحدد حسب المهارة والخبرة

Overall Job Objective 1) Protecting workers, property, and the environment from workplace hazards through implementing an effective occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and emergency response system. 2) Reducing accidents, injuries, and losses, and ensuring workers' and contractors' compliance with plant procedures and applicable legal requirements. 3) Scope includes production areas, furnaces, batch plant, warehouses, workshops, utilities, offices, projects, gates, and traffic routes inside the factory. 4) Follow-up, monitoring, recommending, and stopping work in case of grave danger, without implementing technical changes or financial commitments outside the scope of authority. 5) Preparing and executing safety, inspection, training, and emergency plans, and following up on performance indicators and open actions. 6) Assessing risks of tasks, equipment, and chemicals, and determining appropriate controls and protective equipment. 7) Reviewing work permits, monitoring contractors, and verifying isolation and safety before starting hazardous work. 8) Investigating accidents and near-misses, analyzing root causes, and following up on corrective actions. 9) Inspecting fire, emergency, and evacuation systems, preparing reports, and escalating critical risks to management. Qualifications and Experience 1) Qualification: Suitable higher or technical qualification, preferably in Engineering, Science, or Occupational Health and Safety. 2) Experience: 3 to 5 years in industrial safety, preferably in glass manufacturing or heavy industries. 3) Knowledge of risk assessment, work permits, LOTO, firefighting, incident investigation, and emergency plans. 4) Proficiency in reporting and using Office applications, with adequate knowledge of local legislation and requirements. 5) OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications, along with first aid and firefighting training, are preferred. 6) English proficiency is one of the main essential and required qualifications.
