Ready-Made Garments Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector – Jeans Production Lines) Job Criteria & Requirements: Suitable intermediate or higher qualification, preferably specializing in Ready-Made Garments or Textiles. 2 to 5 years of practical experience in quality control within ready-made garment factories. Actual experience in quality control on jeans/denim trousers production lines. Proficiency in inspecting the product during various operation stages, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and approved samples. Ability to detect sewing and operation defects, such as size variations, irregular stitching, and issues with zippers, buttons, and pockets installation. Basic knowledge of quality specifications, garment sizing, and inspection and measurement methods. Ability to prepare daily quality reports and record defects, rejection rates, and rework. Ability to collaborate with production and operation supervisors to take corrective actions and reduce defect rates. Commitment, discipline, and the ability to work within production lines and handle work pressure. Residence in Zagazig City (cities of Sharkia Governorate) or 10th of Ramadan City is preferred. Defect Detection: Strong ability to identify sewing and construction defects (e.g., measurement deviations, uneven stitching, zipper/button attachment issues, and pocket misalignments). Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of garment quality standards, sizing, tolerances, and inspection/measurement techniques. Reporting: Ability to prepare daily quality reports, logging defect types, rejection rates, and rework data. Collaboration: Strong capability to coordinate effectively with production and line supervisors to implement corrective actions and minimize defect rates. Work Ethic: High commitment, discipline, and ability to work efficiently directly on the production floor under pressure.
