Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI / LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of AI and LLM-driven solutions integrated with .NET applications to support business processes and customer experience platforms. The Senior Supervisor oversees application lifecycle management, including requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include managing a technical team, providing coaching and technical guidance, coordinating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. The role also focuses on continuous improvement through data-driven insights, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure, support, and operations teams to maintain high application availability and reliability.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
