Job Title: Export Specialist – Food Flavours

Employment Type: Full-Time

Great Foods Original is looking for an experienced Export Specialist with a strong background in exporting food flavours, flavour enhancers, and food ingredients to international markets.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the export of food flavours or related food ingredients, with a good understanding of international customers, export procedures, documentation, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage export sales and operations for food flavours and related products.

* Develop new international customers and expand the company’s presence in export markets.

* Communicate and negotiate with distributors, food manufacturers, and international B2B customers.

* Handle export inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.

* Manage the complete export process from order confirmation through shipment and delivery.

* Prepare and review export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and shipping documents.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs clearance agents, and internal departments.

* Follow up on samples and product evaluations with potential international customers.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales.

* Conduct market research to identify new countries, distributors, and potential customers.

* Monitor competitors, market trends, and international opportunities within the flavours and food ingredients sector.

* Work closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Job Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in exporting food flavours, flavour enhancers, or related food ingredients.

* Previous B2B experience dealing with food manufacturers, distributors, or food ingredient companies.

* Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, shipping, and Incoterms.

* Proven ability to develop and maintain international customer relationships.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

* Very good command of written and spoken English.

* Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Candidates with direct experience in international sales/export of flavours and food ingredients will be highly preferred.
