الهدف الوظيفي:
يعمل طبيب المركز تحت إشراف مدير المركز ومدير عمليات البلازما والمدير الطبي. يلعب طبيب المركز دورًا حاسمًا في عملية التبرع حيث يتولى الإشراف على العملية بأكملها والموظفين المعنيين لضمان سلامة المتبرعين وجودة البلازما. يحرص طبيب المركز على اتباع الكادر الطبي في المركز للسياسات والإجراءات واللوائح المعمول بها.
بيئة العمل:
داخليًا: مدير عمليات البلازما والمدير الطبي، الجودة، مدير المركز، مدير العمليات، والكادر الطبي.
خارجيًا: المتبرعون، السلطات الصحية، الهيئات الحكومية، مجموعات المرضى، المراجعون، والمؤسسات المجتمعية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- ضمان الاختيار الصحيح للمتبرعين المناسبين لفصل البلازما وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات النافذة بالإضافة إلى الخبرة السريرية.
- مراقبة وتأكيد الالتزام بالإجراءات الطبية في المركز نظراً لتأثيرها على سلامة المتبرعين والبلازما المجمعة.
- المسؤولية عن اعتماد وتدريب وأداء الكادر الطبي بالمركز فيما يتعلق بتقييم المتبرعين والالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- تقديم التدريب الإضافي اللازم، وإعادة الاعتماد، والإجراءات التصحيحية للكادر الطبي بالمركز، بالتعاون مع قسم التدريب.
- إجراء الفحص الطبي الشامل المطلوب للمتبرعين.
- مراجعة المستندات المتعلقة بالمتبرعين بعناية.
- شرح الموافقة المسبقة المستنيرة بعناية والشهد على توقيع المتبرع على النموذج.
- في جو من الخصوصية والسرية، مناقشة المواد التعليمية المتعلقة بالسلوكيات عالية المخاطر وتعريفات فئاتها لتزويد المتبرع بالقدرة على الاستبعاد الذاتي من التبرع.
- المشاركة في إبلاغ وتقديم المشورة للمتبرعين الذين تبين أن نتائجهم إيجابية لمؤشرات الأمراض المعدية المختلفة مثل التهاب الكبد B، وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية، والتهاب الكبد C، والزهري، وغيرها من الفحوصات المطلوبة.
- إدارة التفاعلات والأعراض الجانبية لدى المتبرعين وتقديم المستوى المناسب من الرعاية.
المؤهلات الأكاديمية المطلوبة أساسي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب.
المفضل:
- دراسات عليا في الطب، يُفضل ذلك
الخبرة المهنية المطلوبة:
- خبرة سريرية.
- خبرة في بيئة تخضع لتنظيمات الممارسات الجيدة (GxP).
مهارات الحاسوب:
- إتقان جميع تطبيقات ميكروسوفت أوفيس (Microsoft Office).

إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثاً.
Job Objective:
The Center Physician (CP) works under the supervision of Center Manager and the Plasma Operations and Medical Director. The CP plays a critical role in the donation process where he\she has supervision on the whole process and relevant staff to ensure donors safety and plasma quality. The CP ensures that the centers medical staff follows the applicable policies, procedures & regulations.
Environment:
Internal: Plasma Operations and Medical Director, Quality, Center Manager, Operations Manager and Medical staff.
External: Donors, Health Authorities, government agencies, patient groups, auditors, and community organizations.
Key responsibility:
- Ensure the proper selection of suitable plasmapheresis donors according to the effective policies and procedures as well as the as the clinical experience.
- Observe and confirm compliance of the Center's medical procedures as they affect the safety of the donors and the collected plasma.
- Responsible for the certification, training and performance of the center medical staff as it pertains to the donor assessment and to compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Provide additional necessary training, re-certification and corrective actions for the center's medical staff, in collaboration with the training department.
- Perform the required physical examination for donors.
- Review donors related documents carefully.
- Carefully explain the informed consent and witness the donor's signature on the form.
- In a private and confidential setting, discuss the high-risk behavior educational material and definitions of high-risk behavior categories in order to provide the donor with the ability to self-exclude from donating.
- Participate in the notification and counselling of donors found to be positive for various infectious disease markers such as HBV, HIV, HCV, syphilis, and other required tests.
- Management of Donor Adverse Event Reactions and the appropriate level of care.
Academic experience required Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in medicine.
Preferred:
- Post graduate studies in Medicine, preferrable
Professional experience required:
- Clinical experience.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environment.
