We’re looking for a talented Backend Node.js Developer to join our growing team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with NestJS / Express.js and develop clean, maintainable code.
- Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA, Product, and other teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
- Write unit/integration tests and ensure code quality.
- Monitor and resolve production issues when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Good knowledge of NestJS and/or Express.js.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Solid experience with REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
- Good understanding of Git and version control.
- Experience with Docker is a plus.
- Understanding of AWS / Cloud services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and clean code.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Redis / Caching.
- Knowledge of Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
