وتنفيذ ميزانية القسم للتوظيف والمستهلكات ومعدات الاختبار. إدارة تجارب أداء الخطوط لعمليات إنتاج العبوات الجديدة لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة. قيادة عمليات إدارة دورة حياة المنتج لمعالجة الجودة والأداء والتكلفة المستمرة والتحكم فيها. التأكد من أن موظفي قسم الجودة وعمال الخطوط الذين يجرون اختبارات الجودة يتمتعون بالكفاءة والمهارة في أداء مهامهم. إدارة تنفيذ وتوثيق إجراءات المعايرة المناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع معدات المختبر وأجهزة قياس الخطوط والمعدات الحيوية الأخرى. إدارة تطبيق أنظمة وإجراءات سلامة الأغذية وضمان الجودة في جميع عمليات المصنع. يتضمن ذلك استخدام مخططات التحكم والمراقبة المنهجية وتوثيق نقطة التحكم الحيوية للتغير. إدارة تطبيق ضمان الجودة، والهاسب (HACCP)، وآيزو FSSC 22000 وأنظمة QA في جميع عمليات المصنع. قيادة التنفيذ وضمان الامتثال والتحسين المستمر لمتطلبات AIBI وحلها، والحد من تغير العمليات. إدارة تنفيذ وتوثيق روتين المعايرة المناسب وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع معدات المختبر وأجهزة قياس الخطوط وغيرها من معدات القياس الحيوية. ضمان التعامل السليم مع شكاوى مستمرة لتطوير وتحسين أداء فريق الجودة في كلا المصنعين لتحقيق جدول الأعمال السنوي وتطوير قدراتهم الخاصة. الشراكة مع مدير القدرات والتحول الرقمي PO1 في بناء ميزانية المصنع وقيادة تنفيذ الميزانية في كلا المصنعين لتوظيف القسم والمستهلكات ومعدات الاختبار. التأكد من إجراء مراجعة أداء سنوية مع جميع موظفي الجودة. إبلاغ مديري المصانع، ومدير الجودة PO1، ورؤساء الأقسام الآخرين بأداء الجودة وأنشطتها بانتظام. المساعدة في تدريب وتطبيق برامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) في الميدان. قيادة فرق قدرات الجودة وسلامة الأغذية وشكاوى العملاء في كلا المصنعين لتحقيق جدول الأعمال السنوي وتطوير قدراتهم الخاصة. المسؤولية عن جميع قرارات احتجاز وإفراج مراقبة الجودة التي تتخذ في المصنع بشكل يومي بمشاركة مدير الجودة وسلامة الأغذية. الدعم عبر الوظائف مع التصنيع والبحث والتطوير في مشاريع الابتكار الجديدة. المؤهلات خبرة 7+ سنوات في مجال الجودة وسلامة الأغذية في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران (FMCG)، ويفضل في مجال الوجبات الخفيفة. يفضل وجود خبرة في بيئة تصنيع الأغذية والمشروبات. يفضل خبرة سابقة كمدير للجودة وسلامة الأغذية. يفضل الحصول على بكالوريوس العلوم / الزراعة / الصيدلة. إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية أمر مطلوب. مهارات قوية في الكمبيوتر ومعرفة بـ Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel، إلخ). درجة عالية من الكفاءة الوظيفية والفهم الفني وتطوير العمليات التجارية. مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين ومهارات ممتازة في التأثير والتواصل.

Responsibilities Lead QC agenda in Assiut & Tanash Plants. Lead the implementation of the 3D system throughout plant operations to assure sustaining B/G rating Manage the correct and efficient products process and packaging Ensure that both plants’ laboratories are adequately equipped to perform the require tests at the appropriate degree of accuracy and frequency Prepare and execute the departmental budget for staffing, consumables, testing equipment. Manage line performance trials for processes production of new packaging to ensure quality standards are maintained. Lead product lifecycle management processes to address and control the ongoing quality, performance, and cost. Assure the Quality department staff and line personnel conducting quality tests are competent and proficient at performing their tasks. Manage the execution and documentation of proper and timely calibration routines for all lab equipment, line gauges and other critical measuring equipment Manage the implementation of food safety and quality assurance systems and procedures throughout plants operations. This includes the use of control charting and systematic monitoring and documentation of critical control point variability. Manage the implementation of quality assurance, HACCP, ISO FSSC 22000 and QA systems throughout Plant operations. Lead the implementation and ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the AIBI, NFSA and food safety requirements. Ensure all packaging materials & raw materials tests are conducted to ensure materials meet PI Specs and keep good communication channels with suppliers and resolve quality issues and maintain quality packaging supply. Manage the provision of analytical services and technical leadership to all plant operation through informal and formal training of personnel, the prevention and resolution of quality issues and the reduction of process variability. Manage the execution and documentation of proper and timely calibration routine for all lab equipment, line gauges and other critical measuring equipment. Ensure proper handling of consumer/customer complaints by the plant in accordance with company guidelines. Implement the standard company procedures for the management of raw material and products release or hold Follow-up on the implementation of all corrective action as a result of a GMP, Local or IQA audit Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the processing and laboratory. Promptly correct unsafe conditions. Coaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of both plants quality team to deliver yearly agenda and develop own capability Partner with PO1 Capability & Digitization Manager in plants’ budget build up and leading the budget execution in both plants for the departmental staffing, consumables and testing equipment. Ensure that an annual performance review is being conducted with all quality personnel. Communicate quality performance and activities regularly to Plant Managers, PO1 Quality Director, and other department heads. Assist in the coaching and implementation of the EHS programs in the field. Leading both plants’ quality, food safety and customer complains capabilities teams to deliver yearly agenda and develop own capability Responsible for all quality control hold & release decisions made at the plant on a daily basis with Quality & Food Safety manager’s involvement. Support cross functionally with Manufacturing & Research & Development on the new innovation projects. Qualifications 7+ years of Quality and Food safety experience in FMCG industry is required preferably snacks. Experience in F&B manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous experience in Quality and food safety manager is preferred. Bachelor of Science /Agriculture/Pharmaceutical is preferred. Fluent Arabic & English is required Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, excel, etc.) High degree of functional competency, technical understanding and development of business process.
