الهدف من الدور الوظيفي
يعمل المدير المالي للخدمات اللوجستية كشريك موثوق في المؤسسة ويقدم القيادة المالية لفريق سلسلة الإمداد. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية مراقبة وتقديم التحليلات والرؤى المالية لتحقيق أجندة خلق القيمة مع فريق سلسلة الإمداد. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية دعم عملية التخطيط والتنبؤ بالخدمات اللوجستية والمخزون للمصانع والأسواق في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. ويتولى هذا الدور القيادة الشاملة من البداية إلى النهاية في إدارة خلق القيمة لـ LCC والمخزون، وهو مسؤول عن الأنشطة قصيرة وطويلة الأجل ضمن شبكة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. يتحمل كل موظف في مارس مسؤولية تحقيق الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تقديم رؤى ومعلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمؤسسة الإمداد بالصفات التالية:
- المساهمة في بيئة تعلم تفاعلية وعالية الأداء
- العمل كشريك أعمال مالي لفريق سلسلة الإمداد وفريق المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا:
- فهم التكاليف الفعلية لـ LCC والتنبؤ بها لأسواق ومصانع الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا
- مستوى المخزون للأسواق والمصانع؛ والأثر النقدي
- الشراكة مع سلسلة الإمداد في مبادرات ومشاريع قيادة القيمة
- دعم سلسلة الإمداد بالمشاريع
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق التخطيط والتحليل المالي لتجميع مدخلات LCC والمخزون وفهم الأرقام الفعلية للفترات
- إدارة أنشطة التقارير المالية الخاصة عند الطلب.
- تحديد المخراط والفرص وتقديم التوصيات للإجراءات المستقبلية
- مسؤول عن توليد ومشاركة الرؤى التي تعزز الكفاءة والتحسين المستمر والتميز التشغيلي في شبكة الإمداد.
- دعم الفطنة المالية والحوكمة القوية لدى الفريق
- تنسيق دورات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للإمداد.
- تعزيز التكامل لـ LCC من منظور مالي
- المساهمة في ثقافة المساءلة والمسؤولية من خلال تتبع خطط العمل للمبادرات الرئيسية، ومعالجة أسباب المشكلات الجذرية لتحقيق تحسينات تشغيلية مستدامة. تحديد المفاضلات والتصعيد بشأن انحرافات الخطة التشغيلية حسب الاقتضاء.

Purpose of Role
The Finance Manaher, Logistics serves as a trusted partner in the organization and provides financial leadership for the Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for monitoring and providing financial analysis and insight to deliver the value creation agenda with the Supply Chain team. The role is responsible on supporting Factory and Market Logistics and Inventory planning/forecasting process for MEA Markets and Factories. This role takes the wholistic End-to-End lead in managing LCC and Inventory value creation and is accountable for short-term and long-term activities within the MEA Network. Every associate at Mars has responsibility for the achievement of quality and food safety.
Principal Accountabilities
Provides accurate and timely insights and information to the Supply organization in the following capacity:
- Contributes to an engaging, high-performance learning environment
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner for MEA Supply Chain team and Finance team:
- LCC actual costs understanding and forecasting for MEA Markets and Factories
- Inventory level for Markets and Factories; Cash impact
- Partnering with Supply Chain on Value Leadership initiatives and projects
- Supporting Supply Chain with Projects
- Work closely with FP&A team to consolidate the LCC and Inventory inputs and understand the periods actuals
- Manages ad-hoc financial reporting activities.
- Identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions
- Responsible for generating and sharing insights that drive efficiency, continuous improvement and operational excellence in the supply network.
- Supports strong financial and governance acumen in team
- Coordinates the strategic planning cycles for Supply.
- Drive Integration for LCC from finance perspective
- Contributes to the culture of accountability and responsibility by tracking action plans for key initiatives, addressing root cause issues to drive sustainable operating improvements. Identify trade-offs and escalate operating plan variances as appropriate.
