Recruitment Specialist
Location: Industrial Zone – Abbassia, Cairo
Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous recruitment experience in an industrial/manufacturing company is a MUST.
• Proven experience in recruiting technical and industrial workforce.
• Ability to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for:
- Kitchen equipment manufacturing and assembly.
- Commercial refrigerator manufacturing and assembly.
- Production technicians and skilled workers.
- Technical and operational positions related to manufacturing.
- • Strong ability to identify effective sourcing channels for technical workers.
- • Good interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:▪️ Execute recruitment plans according to the company’s workforce requirements.
▪️ Identify and develop effective sources for recruiting technical workers.
▪️ Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
▪️ Coordinate with Production Managers and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
▪️ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
▪️ Maintain and develop an effective database of qualified technical candidates.
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Weekly Day Off: Friday only
