About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on, practical experience in building and operating AI agents and automation solutions, with the ability to transform the needs of different departments into practical, measurable technical solutions.

The role includes designing and developing AI agents, integrating them with company systems such as Odoo, email, and databases, improving operational processes, documenting developed solutions, and training employees on how to use them.

We are looking for someone whose role goes beyond simply using ready-made tools. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze problems, select the appropriate technology, build solutions, test and deploy them, measure their impact, and continuously improve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of different departments and identify high-priority, high-impact opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Design, build, and develop AI Agents and multi-step workflows to execute tasks and streamline processes.
• Develop internal tools that support company needs, including text, content, image, and video analysis when required.
• Integrate AI and automation solutions with email, Odoo, databases, and other systems through APIs, Webhooks, and appropriate integration tools.
• Evaluate new tools, models, and platforms and select the most suitable options based on quality, security, cost, and ease of use.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of solutions, such as time saved, cost reduction, output accuracy, task success rate, and user adoption.
• Test solutions before launch, monitor their performance after deployment, create operational logs (Logging), and establish clear mechanisms for handling errors and rollback when required.
• Implement access controls and human approval mechanisms for sensitive operations, protect company data, and comply with applicable privacy requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and clear user guides for developed solutions, train employees, and follow up on their usage.
• Prepare periodic reports for executive management covering completed solutions, results, issues, costs, recommendations, and next steps.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience supported by strong projects.
• Direct hands-on experience in building and operating AI Agent solutions and business automation systems.
• Ability to provide clear examples of real projects that the candidate has implemented or directly contributed to, including the problem addressed, personal role, testing and deployment approach, and final outcome.
• Experience working independently and translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Webhooks, databases, and SQL.
• Experience using at least one automation platform, such as n8n, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or Zapier, or the ability to develop custom-coded automation solutions as needed.
• Experience with at least one AI model platform, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or an equivalent platform.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step AI agents, including Tool Calling, context and state management, workflow design, and handling step failures.
• Knowledge of testing, evaluation, and monitoring concepts, including Logging, Monitoring, and Evaluation, as well as the use of Git, secrets and access management, deployment, and solution maintenance.
• Ability to estimate and monitor the operating costs of AI solutions, including API usage and related services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG and Vector Databases.
• Experience integrating ERP systems, particularly Odoo, with AI and automation solutions.
• Experience with multimodal AI solutions or within media, production, and content environments.
• Experience training employees or delivering workshops and technical presentations to non-technical audiences.

Soft Skills

• Fluency in Arabic and an excellent level of English sufficient to understand technical documentation and resources.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make practical technical decisions.
• Ability to learn independently, keep up with emerging technologies on a regular basis, and evaluate what genuinely serves the company’s needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executive management and non-technical departments, work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and the protection of company data.

• تصميم وبناء وتطوير وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Agents) وسير عمل متعدد الخطوات لتنفيذ المهام وتبسيط الإجراءات.
• تطوير أدوات داخلية تدعم احتياجات الشركة، بما في ذلك تحليل النصوص والمحتوى والصور والفيديو عند الحاجة.
• ربط حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة بالبريد الإلكتروني ونظام Odoo وقواعد البيانات والأنظمة الأخرى عبر APIs وWebhooks وأدوات التكامل المناسبة.

المؤهلات والخبرة

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، الذكاء الاصطناعي، هندسة البرمجيات، نظم المعلومات، أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة؛ أو خبرة عملية مكافئة مدعومة بمشاريع قوية.
• خبرة عملية مباشرة في بناء وتشغيل حلول ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Agents) وأنظمة أتمتة أعمال.
• القدرة على تقديم أمثلة واضحة لمشاريع حقيقية سبق تنفيذها أو المشاركة المباشرة في بنائها، مع توضيح المشكلة، الدور الشخصي، طريقة الاختبار والتشغيل، والنتيجة.
• خبرة في العمل باستقلالية وتحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ.

المهارات التقنية الأساسية

·      إجادة لغة برمجة واحدة على الأقل، مثل Python أو TypeScript أو JavaScript.
