Restaurant Manager Lazib Inn Resort | Tunis Village, Fayoum
Lazib Inn Resort is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver refined, memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations and service flow• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the restaurant team• Ensure consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation• Welcome guests and handle requests or feedback professionally• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational requirements• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and food-service standards• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:• Previous experience in the same position within a hotel or resort• Strong leadership and restaurant-management skills• Excellent command of spoken and written English• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure• A guest-focused approach and passion for exceptional hospitality To apply, please send your CV to:????
